CROfessionals is a full-service, fixed price Contract Research Organization, specializing in small patient-number trials in biologics, plasma products, gene therapy, and emerging biotechnologies.

Our trials typically involve difficult to recruit populations with uncommon disorders - such as hemophilia, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), primary immunodeficiency (PID), idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), and alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor (API). That said, we help you bring promising products and therapies to life, on time and within budget - whether across the street or across the pond - from initial protocol design to final study report - and everything in between.

At CROfessionals, we know that quality clinical research begins with great people, working side by side to solve some of research's toughest problems.

First of and foremost, all staff are trained in customer service and what that means, according to the principle of the Founder and Clinical Director, Sue Bhadare.

We have invested in what we like to call the "CROfessionalites" - extremely knowledgeable professionals who are well-credentialed in a variety of clinical research disciplines. Individuals who listen closely, communicate honestly, and think ahead, always ready to respond quickly and effectively to emergent circumstances and changing needs.

Highly trained project managers and clinical research associates help coordinate and conduct your study, while also advising project teams and monitoring adverse events. Regulatory experts maximize your research dollars with the right study strategies and concomitant design. Quality Assurance specialists guarantee that patient ethics are protected and data integrity, maintained. Training specialists endure continued training of all staff.  Our recent creation of our PV dept, ensures safety is not neglected. Top-notch administrative staff members track your costs and manage track your finances.

Our Dedicated Customer Service with Fixed Priced Contracts
After years of experience conducting all sorts of trials, the CROfessionals team has come to understand that clinical research is never easy and certainly not always predictable. That's why our "one study - one voice" approach to project management, coupled with round-the-clock customer service is critical to your research success.

We assign a dedicated and experienced project manager (along with a "stand in") to your study, who becomes both an extension of your team, and your central point of contact for budget and contract information, regulatory and IRB/EC/REB/IBC submissions, and general troubleshooting, should there be a problem.

Your project manager oversees the CROfessionals project team of clinical, regulatory, and quality assurance specialists, who are all committed to providing you with whatever it takes, whenever you need us - regardless of how difficult or complicated your project may be.

CROfessionals prides itself on the "fixed price approach," which eliminates the need for hourly billing and allows your study team to focus on managing the trial, rather than worrying about the budget. We are also careful to ensure that your trial runs smoothly without multiple "out-of-scope" changes.

Our Focus on Training
CROfessionals provides a rigorous and structured professional development program for its employees, using state-of-the-art learning technologies and teaching methods. In fact, we are so serious about our continuing education that we have added a separate training function.

This program runs the gamut from specific disease states, therapeutic options, and the specialty products we develop to good clinical practice, regulatory standards, and customer service. In addition to our internal workshops, we furnish our monitors and project managers with continuing education opportunities through and/or memberships in such industry groups as DIA, SOCRA, SQA, RAPS, ACRP, and PPTA.

We also conduct site training, as and whenever needed, along with protocol "refresher" courses for our study teams.

We have regular plasma product and disease specific training for all staff, as well as regular "from the seat of her Tooshie" training from the Founder and Clinical Director, on customer service and accountability as well as clinical research.
